Email support@cheekycheckmarks.com. Include what you were trying to do, which phone or tablet you used, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, sign-in links, pairing codes, or screenshots containing private family information.
App Store subscriptions
If you have already subscribed, open Household subscription and choose Restore purchases while signed into the original Cheeky household and purchasing Apple Account. Refresh access checks the household again. Contact support if access still cannot be confirmed.
Manage or cancel renewal in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Cheeky account does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles payment and refund requests.
Google Play subscriptions
Android subscription access checks automatically while the app is open and connected. If a purchase is missing, choose Restore purchases in Cheeky+ while signed into the original Cheeky household and the Google account used to purchase. Contact support if access still cannot be confirmed.
Manage or cancel renewal through Google Play Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Cheeky account does not cancel the subscription. For payment or refund help, use Google Play's purchase support.
Quick checks
- Confirm the phone has an internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app once.
- Sign out and back in only if the app can still reach the service.
- Never share a parent password or a display pairing code.
Account or family-data request
For access, correction, export, privacy, or deletion questions, email privacy@cheekycheckmarks.com from the parent account address. I’ll confirm account ownership before changing household data. The account-deletion page explains the permanent in-app option and the verified-request alternative.
